Matthias Greywoode is a mortgage finance expert. He has extensive experience working as a consultant in the residential, commercial, and personal loan servicing industry in the U.S. focusing primarily on securitization accounting, investor reporting, and servicing accounting. He currently works as a Director of Investor Reporting at Celink Mortgage.
Consistent with his focus on giving back to underserved and underrepresented communities, Mr. Greywoode currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of New World International, a 501(c) charity organization based in Vancouver, Washington and as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Jurarim Organization for Youth Excellence (JOYE), a 501(c) charity organization based in McKinney, Texas.
Mr. Greywoode holds a Ph.D. in Urban Planning and Public Policy with specialization in Real Estate Finance and Housing Policy from The University of Texas at Arlington. Additionally, he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Amberton University in Garland, Texas and Baccalaureate Degrees in Economics (B.S), and Finance (B.B.A) from The University of Texas at Tyler.
Mr Greywoode's current research focuses on real estate/housing investments, urban spatial expansion, and land & housing markets in under served communities. Towards that end, he is committed to working towards demystifying the world of Finance for underrepresented communities and making financial inclusion of such communities a priority for both corporate and government entities at all levels of their operations.
