Rhonda graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Business. She furthered her education by earning a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University. Her professional and educational background equips her with the tools necessary to advise leaders on building effective teams that drive vision and purpose, optimizing positive business outcomes.
