Organization Operational Coherence
Overview
Organizations and their leaders are well intentioned. However, they continuously struggle with achieving their goals, outcomes, or pivoting consistent with an identified “NorthStar”. Agenda setting and/or leadership tenure as well as organizational priorities (e.g. funding allocation) often demonstrate the lack of alignment that is necessary for the organization to operate in a coherent manner to effectively achieve its desired outcomes. Thus, yielding itself to operational inefficiency.
The Process
We start by conducting a baseline analysis which examines the six primary frames of an organization: service model (e.g. academic, recreation, therapy etc.); structural (operations), human resources (staff, capacity, onboarding, training, skills etc.), political frame (power dynamics), symbolic frame, and leadership frame.
After this assessment, we cultivate a clear operational objective and build a bridge strategy/change management plan as well as organizational alignment plan.
Additionally, AG provides an implementation and monitoring plan to ensure long term execution and maintain gains. Some of our services also consist of the development of organizational policies to anchor and inform decision-making.
The End
Organizations are able to clearly set agendas, adequately allocate resources as well as optimize its position in service of its mission. We provide the client with a clearly articulated GOST plan and KPIs.
