This initiative was part of a broader effort to enhance process improvement within the organization. The primary goal was to increase transparency and visibility into ongoing projects and change management efforts, ensuring alignment with existing strategic objectives. As a result, the project facilitated improved data analysis, empowered staff through targeted dashboard maintenance training, and streamlined weekly updates.
