Process Improvement Dashboard
Creating visibility for ongoing operational improvements and key strategic projects
This work was a component of a new process improvement initiative within the organization. We sought to bring up-to-date transparency and visibility towards ongoing projects and change management efforts in relation to existing strategic goals. This resulted in better data analysis, staff training for dashboard maintenance, facilitation of weekly updates, and working directly with leadership and management to determine key data elements for regular reporting. Design was conducted via management feedback and team testing to monitor that all major activities were aligned with organizational strategic goals. This was composed of a digital dashboard, and related qualitative & quantitative reporting as needed. An outcome of this work was the adoption of visualized work activity across departments and teams and ensuring that all activities had a key strategic goal as its motivator, thus ensuring value-added work occurred.
