Community Preservation and Development Authority (CPDA)

The Community Preservation and Development Authority (CPDA) initiative is dedicated to restoring and enhancing the health, safety, and economic well-being of communities that have been adversely impacted by the construction or ongoing operation of multiple major public facilities, public works, capital projects, or land use decisions involving significant public funding.
